🌍 Delivery Zones
We currently deliver to:
- Metropolitan France - Standard and express delivery available
- European Union - All member states
⏱️ Processing times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
📦 Delivery times
Metropolitan France:
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
- Express delivery: 1-2 business days (option available at checkout)
European Union:
- Standard delivery: 5-10 business days depending on the country
💶 Delivery fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.
Free delivery in mainland France for all orders over €50.
📍 Order tracking
All our shipments include a tracking number which you will receive by email. You will be able to track your package in real time until it is delivered.

Our packages are delivered:
- Hand delivery against signature
- In your mailbox (if the format allows)
- Available at a collection point (option available at checkout)
