Return and refund policy

🔄 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

✅ Return conditions

To be accepted, a return must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition
  • The packaging must be intact and unopened (for cosmetics).
  • The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must not have been used
  • All accessories and documents must be included

⚠️ Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Unsealed or used cosmetics
  • Skincare products whose packaging has been opened
  • Personalized or custom-made items

📝 Return procedure

Step 1: Contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of your wish to return it.

Step 2: We will send you a return authorization with detailed instructions and the return address.

Step 3: Return the product in its original packaging, well protected, to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Step 4: Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days.

💶 Return fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

💳 Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the initial order, unless otherwise agreed.

Amount refunded:

  • Product price (including VAT)
  • Initial delivery charges (standard rate only)
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

🔧 Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the product
  • We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • You will have the choice between an exchange or a full refund

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please:

  1. Return the original product for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the desired product
